Description:
Assist customers with software faults/bugs and On-site and/or remote troubleshooting.
Installation of client PCs, Application server and Database server, Installation of system packages and all of updates on regular basis.
Installer must be able to provide updates of implementation progress and challenges to the team leader on a regular basis.
Participate the application training as well as providing effective on site “Live Coverage” applications to the required standard.
To complete, maintain all company paperwork in a timely, accurate and efficient manner alongside the company’s guidelines.
Provide regular written and oral reports of activity
Maintaining client details to the customer log databases to be always up to date.
Requirements:
Minimum three years experience in softwarefiled (Food & Beverages )
Basic knowledge of current technologies and Microsoft SQL technologies.
A good understanding of products business knowhow.
Excellent communications and public relations abilities.
Candidates must be disciplined and well organized.
Flexible and adaptable approach to customer needs is a good trait for a project coordinator.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office especially presentation tools.
Be able to work under pressure and multi-task, the ability to priorities ensuring that all tasks are completed to the relevant business processes.
