Comsys sponsoring the First International Tourism Conference in Minia University

In the framework of the attention given by Comsys Software to the community and the challenges it faces, the company always seeks to adopt any initiatives or effective programs aimed at developing both the community and the human resources, contributing to serving the nation and meeting its needs in terms of economic, education and social. Hence Comsys Software was keen to sponsor the first scientific conference organized by Minia Faculty of Tourism & Hotels at Minia University / Egypt during period from 27th – 29th October 2016 under title “Tourism Future in the Arab Region and Middle East: Challenges and Potentials.”
      The conference held under the auspices of Minister of Higher Education Dr. Ashraf Al-Shehi, Tourism Minister Dr. Mohamed Yehia Rashed , Maj. Gen. Essam Badawi Governor of Minia and Head of Minia university Dr. Jamal al-Din Ali Abul-Magd. Moreover Eight international nationalities participated in the 1ˢᵗ International Conference FTH Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Algeria, United kingdom, France, Germany and Turkey will participating The, Minia University.
        Comsys gave a speech within the conference about the essential role of information technology in the promotion of the tourism & hospitality industry whether through improving the quality of tourism and hotel services or through delivering knowledge and providing vocational training according to the quality of the international standards.

      Comsys has signed a MOU with faculty of tourism and hotels at Minia University; according to this agreement, Comsys will provide the faculty's laboratories with its Hotel management software application, as well to the Hotel which belongs to Fayoum University, in order to help in delivering the knowledge and skills required to manage hotels. Comsys will also test and certify the faculty students on its software applications to distinguish them in the labor market.

       Paying attention to the community & the challenges it faced, Comsys approach aims at developing the human elements through conducting training and capacity building of students. This is in turn will provide the labor market with distinguished calibers working in the field of tourism and hotel according to the quality of the international standards, as well will decrease the gap between the companies and the Egyptian community.

      Worth mentioned that Comsys has signed till now MOUs with Faculties of Tourism and Hotels at the universities of Alexandria, Minia and Fayom, in addition at King Marriott Academy.
